Getting the best scan

• Keep the label flat, well-lit and as square to the camera as possible.
• Use crop & zoom so only the ingredient list is in the frame.
• Avoid glare from shiny packaging — tilt the product slightly if needed.
• Check the raw text view to see exactly what the app read.

Managing your subscription

Sugar Decoder Pro is billed and managed by Apple or Google, so changes happen in your store account rather than in the app:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sugar Decoder.
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sugar Decoder.

For refunds, contact Apple or Google directly — they process all payments.
